* Important Notice: We recommend guests to arrive at The Racha’s Chalong Lounge at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled boat departure time. The Chalong Lounge offers guests a retreat-like place to freshen up and check-in prior to boat transfer to the resort. Guests will enjoy complimentary amenities – including welcome drinks, beverages, light snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading materials and shower facilities. For safety reasons, we do not operate the boat at night. The Racha will be happy to assist guests in making alternative arrangements for overnight stay in Phuket in the event of late arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially responsible. The safety of our guests is paramount and in the event of unsafe adverse sea conditions, The Racha may temporarily cease boat transfers until weather conditions improve. Every effort will be made to assist our guests with alternative arrangements until the situation is considered safe for boat transfers to operate.

Guests are advised to book their departure flights accordingly allowing sufficient time for pre-flight check-in and formalities.

* The 11.30am, 4pm scheduled boat from Chalong pier to The Racha and 8am, 3pm scheduled boat from The Racha to Chalong pier is limited to 20 seats and subject to seat availability only.

Kindly book the Airport transfer and boat seat in advance at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure availability. Please contact Reservation staff via reservation@theracha.com.

• One baby cot is available free of charge for child under 4 years old. Baby cot request is subject to availability.
• Breakfast and speedboat are free of charge for child under 4 years old and below sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding.

*Extra person: A maximum of 1 Adult or 2 Children is allowed per villa. The existing day bed will be provided. Extra person charge above 12 years old charges at THB 2,472 net per person per night with daily breakfast. 50% discount for child 4 – 11 years old. * Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner: Room rates include a mandatory charge for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December.

* Restriction Period: A minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights is required between 23 December 2024 and 10 January 2025. No departures are permitted on 30 December, 31 December, or 1 January.

* Kindly note; in accordance with Thai law, all beaches in Thailand are open to the public. Batok bay, fronting The Racha is no exception.

• The Resort has 6 twin bedded interconnecting Deluxe Villas. The remaining villas feature king-size beds.
