Hotelist.club Terms of Use

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

Welcome to Hotelist.club. These Terms of Use, together with any policies, disclosures, booking rules, membership terms, SMS terms, privacy notices, and supplier terms referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Hotelist.club website, mobile site, applications, concierge services, booking services, communications, member services, and related features collectively, the "Service."

By accessing or using Hotelist.club, creating an account, purchasing a membership, making a booking, authorizing a concierge request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms include important provisions about annual subscription billing, concierge authorization, SMS communications, limitations of liability, third-party supplier content, and travel bookings.

1. About Hotelist.club

Hotelist.club is a members-only hotel booking and concierge platform. Members may access hotel booking services, members-only rates, travel-related content, and concierge features.

Hotelist.club may display hotel rates, availability, descriptions, photographs, amenities, policies, maps, reviews, room details, and other content supplied by hotels, global distribution systems, hotel consortiums, wholesalers, travel technology providers, and other third-party suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hotelist.club acts as an intermediary between members and hotels, travel suppliers, payment processors, concierge vendors, restaurants, experience providers, transportation providers, and other third-party service providers. We do not own, operate, or control the hotels or third-party services booked through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Hotelist.club.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting a booking request, or authorizing concierge services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Membership Account

To access certain features, you must create a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Share, sell, transfer, or assign your account without our written permission.
  • Use another person's account without authorization.
  • Use Hotelist.club for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell Hotelist.club content, rates, or member benefits.

We may approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate membership at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraud, or created risk for Hotelist.club, its members, suppliers, or partners.

Membership Terms

4. Annual Membership Subscription

Hotelist.club offers a paid annual membership subscription that provides access to members-only features, which may include hotel booking tools, preferred hotel rates, concierge services, travel assistance, special offers, member communications, and other benefits determined by Hotelist.club.

Membership benefits may change from time to time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific rate, hotel, benefit, supplier, concierge service, upgrade, credit, amenity, or offer.

Your membership is for personal use only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

5. Membership Fees

The annual membership fee is $488 per year, plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Hotelist.club and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the membership fee, applicable taxes, and any other amounts you authorize.

Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise disclosed.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your annual membership may automatically renew each year, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the then-current annual membership fee and applicable taxes.

Before you enroll in an auto-renewing membership, we should clearly disclose the renewal terms, billing frequency, cancellation method, and price. Automatic renewal laws vary by state and country, and many require clear disclosures, affirmative consent, and accessible cancellation mechanisms. The FTC's federal "click-to-cancel" rule was blocked by the Eighth Circuit in July 2025, but state automatic-renewal laws and general consumer-protection requirements may still apply.

7. Cancellation of Membership

You may cancel your membership by:

  • Logging into your account and using the cancellation option, if available.
  • Contacting us at cs@hotelist.club.
  • Using any other cancellation method we make available.

Cancellation will stop future membership renewals, but it may not automatically cancel existing hotel bookings, concierge reservations, or third-party services already arranged.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

8. Refunds for Membership Fees

Hotelist.club may offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds at its discretion or where required by law.

Membership fees do not guarantee that a specific hotel rate, booking, upgrade, amenity, concierge request, or travel benefit will be available.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at cs@hotelist.club.

9. Changes to Membership Benefits or Fees

We may modify membership benefits, features, pricing, and subscription terms from time to time. If we materially change the membership fee or renewal terms, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the membership after changes become effective means you accept the updated membership terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

10. Concierge Features

Annual members may receive access to concierge features, which may include assistance with:

  • Hotel bookings.
  • Restaurant reservations.
  • Transportation arrangements.
  • Tours, activities, and experiences.
  • Special requests at hotels.
  • Itinerary support.
  • Event or venue recommendations.
  • Other travel or lifestyle services.

Concierge services are subject to availability, supplier rules, local laws, geographic limitations, and operational capacity.

Hotelist.club does not guarantee that a concierge request can be fulfilled.

11. Authorization for Concierge Bookings

Hotelist.club concierge agents will only book or purchase third-party services on your behalf with your permission.

By submitting a concierge request and approving the relevant details, you authorize Hotelist.club, its employees, contractors, agents, or service providers to act on your behalf for the limited purpose of researching, requesting, reserving, modifying, or booking the authorized service.

Your authorization may include permission to:

  • Contact hotels, restaurants, venues, transportation providers, tour operators, or other suppliers.
  • Share information necessary to complete the request.
  • Make reservations in your name.
  • Provide your preferences or special requests.
  • Use your approved payment method or payment instructions.
  • Agree to supplier cancellation, refund, deposit, no-show, or booking rules on your behalf, where you have approved the booking.

We may require written, electronic, SMS, email, in-app, or other confirmation before making certain bookings, especially if a charge, deposit, cancellation penalty, non-refundable payment, or third-party commitment is involved.

12. Your Responsibility for Approved Concierge Requests

You are responsible for all bookings, purchases, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, supplier penalties, and third-party charges that you approve or authorize.

Once a concierge booking is confirmed, it may be subject to the third-party supplier's cancellation, modification, refund, age, identification, conduct, dress code, arrival time, deposit, or no-show policies.

Hotelist.club is not responsible for third-party supplier decisions, service quality, availability, cancellations, delays, errors, overbooking, refusal of service, or failure to honor a reservation.

13. Concierge Recommendations

Concierge recommendations may be based on member preferences, availability, supplier information, third-party content, location, pricing, popularity, hotel relationships, or other factors.

Recommendations are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for deciding whether a hotel, restaurant, venue, activity, transportation provider, or other service is suitable for your needs.

14. Concierge Limitations

Hotelist.club concierge agents may not be able to assist with every request. We may decline requests that are unlawful, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, inappropriate, outside our service scope, unavailable, or inconsistent with these Terms.

We may also decline requests involving restricted goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, adult services, unlawful gambling, fraudulent documents, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

15. No Travel Agency, Fiduciary, or Professional Advisory Relationship

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, Hotelist.club does not act as your fiduciary, financial advisor, legal advisor, medical advisor, immigration advisor, or licensed travel agent.

Concierge and booking assistance is administrative and facilitative in nature. You remain responsible for your travel decisions, documents, visas, health requirements, insurance, safety, and compliance with laws.

Hotel Booking Terms

16. Hotel Bookings

When you make a hotel booking through Hotelist.club, your booking is subject to applicable hotel, rate, supplier, and third-party terms.

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing a reservation, including:

  • Hotel name and location.
  • Travel dates.
  • Guest names.
  • Room type.
  • Rate type.
  • Cancellation policy.
  • Refund policy.
  • Taxes and fees.
  • Resort, destination, facility, or incidental fees.
  • Check-in requirements.
  • Occupancy limits.
  • Supplier restrictions.

Some bookings may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to cancellation penalties.

17. Rates, Taxes, Fees, and Availability

Rates and availability are dynamic and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Displayed rates may not include all taxes, resort fees, destination fees, facility fees, parking charges, incidental deposits, early check-in fees, late check-out fees, or other amounts collected directly by the hotel.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, tax, fee, availability, or content errors. If a material error affects your booking, we may offer you the corrected price, an alternative, or the option to cancel the affected booking.

18. Payment for Bookings

You may be required to provide payment information to complete a booking, secure a reservation, pay a deposit, pay a membership fee, or authorize concierge services.

Hotelist.club does not directly store full credit card numbers on its own systems unless expressly disclosed. Credit card data may be collected, processed, tokenized, stored, or vaulted by a third-party payment processor, payment gateway, card vault, hotel supplier, or other payment service provider.

Payment-card tokenization and vaulting can reduce risk, but the systems that store, process, or transmit cardholder data remain subject to PCI DSS requirements.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

19. Cancellations, Modifications, Refunds, and No-Shows

Cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show rules vary by hotel, supplier, rate type, and booking channel.

You are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before confirming a booking.

If you cancel, modify, or fail to appear for a booking, you may be charged cancellation penalties, change fees, no-show fees, supplier fees, rate differences, or other charges.

Refund timing depends on the hotel, supplier, payment processor, card network, and card issuer.

20. Hotel Check-In Requirements

Hotels may require a valid government-issued ID, credit card, minimum age, security deposit, or other documentation at check-in.

Special requests, including room location, bedding, accessibility features, early check-in, late check-out, connecting rooms, and upgrades, are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the hotel.

SMS Terms / Messaging Terms

21. Consent to SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages from Hotelist.club, you consent to receive text messages from Hotelist.club and its service providers.

SMS messages may include:

  • One-time passwords and account verification codes.
  • Security alerts.
  • Booking confirmations.
  • Reservation updates.
  • Hotel information.
  • Itinerary updates.
  • Concierge communications.
  • Customer service messages.
  • Payment or billing alerts.
  • Promotional or marketing messages, where you have provided appropriate consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

22. Transactional vs. Marketing SMS

Hotelist.club may send transactional SMS messages related to your account, security, bookings, concierge requests, or customer service.

Marketing SMS messages may include promotional offers, travel deals, membership offers, special hotel rates, or other advertising content.

Where required by law, we will obtain separate consent for marketing SMS messages.

The TCPA generally treats marketing text messages more strictly than non-marketing informational messages. Businesses should honor revocation requests through reasonable means and process opt-outs within applicable legal timeframes. Certain FCC revocation rules became effective April 11, 2025, while limited portions were delayed until April 11, 2026.

23. SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP to a message from us or by contacting us at cs@hotelist.club.

You may also use other reasonable methods to communicate that you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, where required by law.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Opting out of promotional SMS does not necessarily prevent us from sending essential transactional, security, legal, or booking-related messages where permitted by law, including OTP codes, fraud alerts, or urgent reservation notices.

24. SMS Help

For help, reply HELP to any Hotelist.club SMS message or contact us at cs@hotelist.club.

25. Supported Carriers and Delivery

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, device settings, and third-party messaging providers.

Hotelist.club and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Supported carriers may change without notice.

26. Changes to SMS Terms

We may modify or terminate our SMS messaging program at any time.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on Hotelist.club or otherwise made available.

Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated SMS Terms.

Email Communications

27. Email Communications

Hotelist.club may send transactional emails related to your account, membership, bookings, concierge requests, payments, security, customer service, legal notices, and other service-related matters.

We may also send marketing emails, newsletters, travel deals, promotional offers, and member communications where permitted by law.

Commercial email should include accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, required disclosures, a valid physical postal address, and a clear opt-out mechanism.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. We may still send transactional or service-related emails.

You may be able to manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

30. Third-Party Payment Vaults and Service Providers

We may use third-party payment processors, tokenization providers, payment gateways, card vaults, SMS providers, email service providers, analytics providers, booking providers, GDS providers, hotel consortiums, customer support platforms, and other vendors to operate the Service.

These providers may process personal information or payment-related information on our behalf or as independent providers, depending on the service.

Third-Party Content and Supplier Terms

31. Hotel and Supplier Content

Much of the hotel content displayed on Hotelist.club, including photographs, descriptions, amenities, ratings, room details, maps, policies, and availability, may be supplied by hotels, GDS providers, hotel consortiums, wholesalers, channel managers, connectivity partners, travel technology providers, or other third parties.

We do not guarantee that third-party content is complete, accurate, current, error-free, or suitable for your needs.

Hotel amenities, photographs, room layouts, renovation status, ratings, and policies may change without notice.

32. Intellectual Property in Third-Party Content

Hotel names, brands, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, logos, and related materials may belong to their respective owners or licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download, distribute, modify, resell, display, or commercially exploit hotel images, descriptions, rates, availability, or other content from the Service without authorization.

33. Supplier Terms

Bookings and concierge reservations may be subject to additional terms imposed by hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, venues, ticket providers, and other suppliers.

By approving or completing a booking, you agree to the applicable supplier terms.
