The telephone reception is open from Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Guests staying in the establishments are entitled to complimentary access to the spa. Reservations are required and must be made by calling +33 4 71 65 65 66 or by emailing contact@spa-hautplateau.com. Spa access is permitted from the age of 16.
Some rooms are equipped with a sofa bed, which is charged €40 if used. An additional bed can be provided in other rooms for the same €40 fee. Baby cots are available at no extra charge.
Room service is not available.
Bicycles, both electric and non-electric, are available for guests to borrow.
Dogs are permitted in the hotels and restaurants. A €15 fee applies for stays.
