•*Each cottage can accommodate a max of 2 adults and 1 child. No extra adult (12 years and up) is allowed.
•*Extra child (0-4 years) is complimentary.
•*Extra child (5-11 years) is charged additionally at:
•**Breakfast-only plan – INR 11,800 per child per room (inclusive 18% GST)
•**Full-board plan – INR 19,470 per child per room (inclusive 18% GST)

•*CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM (IST). Early check-in is offered based on availability.
•*CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM (IST). Should you require a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk a day prior to your scheduled departure; late check-outs is permitted only till 3:00 PM. For any check-out after 3:00 PM, a full day tariff will be charged.
•*CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
•**Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check-in. For security and fraud prevention, guests are required to verify their identity by presenting a valid government- issued photo ID (Aadhar card, state driver’s license, or passport) at check-in. Guests making a reservation must provide valid contact details, including their first and last name, phone number, and email ID. Additionally, the names of all guests staying in the cottage must be registered.
• CHILDREN POLICY:
•*Children aged 4 and under are considered infants and may stay for free when sharing a room with at least one paying adult, using existing bedding.
•*Children aged 5 to 11 must use additional bedding (floor mattress) and are charged at INR 11,800 (tax and breakfast included) per night per room. Parents and guardians are legally responsible for supervising their children at all times. For safety reasons, children should not be left unattended in cottages or allowed to wander the farm fields unsupervised.
•*Children under 10 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while in the swimming pool. Guests under 18 are not permitted in the bar at any time.
• AIRPORT TRANSFER:
•*Mharo Khet will arrange SUVs for up to 4 passengers.
•*One-way transfer price at INR 5,310 (inclusive tax) per car.
•*Round trip transfer price at INR 10,620 (inclusive tax) per car.
• BASIC GUIDELINES:
•*NON-SMOKING: All our cottages and buildings are strictly non-smoking to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. Smoking can create odours that are difficult to remove from the air, rugs, walls, and furniture. If you wish to smoke, please ask a team member to direct you to the nearest designated smoking area on the farm.
Guests who do not comply will be charged a cottage recovery fee equivalent to the current cottage tariff to cover the extensive costs of restoring the space to a smoke-free condition
• LINEN CHANGING: Your comfort is our priority. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen and used towels are replaced with fresh ones on alternate days. Should you like it to be done daily, please let us know. We have a strong commitment towards water conservation and deeply believe that small steps can make a big impact.
•*PET POLICY:
•**Mharo Khet is a pet friendly space. We have certain rules for guests getting their pets. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved, properly cared for, and that waste is appropriately managed throughout their stay. Maximum of 1 pet per cottage is allowed.
•**Only specific cottages are designated for pet accommodation. If these cottages are unavailable, we will not be able to accommodate pets in any other cottages. Pets are not permitted to sleep on guest beds or sofas. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the guest beds, sofas or any upholstered furniture.
•**If we receive complaints about noise disturbances, such as barking, we will kindly ask you to address the situation promptly.
•*PET FEES (FOR RESIDENT GUESTS):
•**INR 10,000 Hotelist Club taxes per room, per day hotel fees for 1 pet is applicable.
•**INR 5,000 Hotelist Club taxes additional cleaning & sanitization fees will be applicable.
•**INR 10,000 refundable deposits will be taken against any damages that may occur due to the pet.
•*ALCOHOL: Registered guests of legal drinking age may bring their own alcoholic beverages but must consume them within their cottages. Personal alcohol is not permitted in any public area of the farm.
