• ROOM POLICY:

• ADDITIONAL CHILD POLICY:
•- 0 to 6 years – comp (stay in same room without extra bed)
•- 7 to 12 years – 50% rate charged for meals (stay in same room without extra bed)
•- 13 years and above are considered as adult (stay in same room with chargeable extra bed)

• HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE POLICY
•- As part of hotel's updated service policy, housekeeping services are available upon request. To ensure guest privacy and safety, rooms will not be serviced in the guest’s absence.

• SMOKING POLICY
•- All rooms are non-smoking. There are designated smoking zones available on the hotel premises.

• PET POLICY:
•- Hotel accepts cats and dogs up to 10kg only in the PREMIER Room category, allowing one pet per room.
•- A non-refundable pet fee of INR 5000 per stay/per night applies. Additional charges may apply for damages or deep cleaning.
•- Pet mat & Bowls for water and food are included
•- Pets must be registered at check-in. Unregistered pets may result in additional fees or removal from the property.
•- Pets must not be left unattended in the room, except when out for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If leaving your pet alone, notify reception, and use the pet hanger on your doorknob to indicate that hotel staff should not enter.
•- Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier when outside the guest room.
•- Pets must not use the room's bath or shower, and hotel towels or bedsheets must not be used to clean them.
•- Guests must clean up after their pets. Waste disposal stations are available in designated areas.
•- Pets must be healthy, clean, and free of fleas and ticks. Proof of vaccinations may be requested at check-in.
•- Guests are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pets. Fees will apply for any damage to hotel property.
•- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding unless using a pet blanket provided by the hotel.
•- Guests must provide an emergency contact number.
