Outside, footpaths wind past waterfalls, palm trees, and koi ponds, leading to Hotel Wailea’s tranquil pool area with cabanas, woven chaises, and an open-air bar.
Island-sourced ingredients are the basis for creative cocktails and Japanese-inspired cuisine at the Birdcage bar and lounge. Meanwhile the more formal Restaurant at Hotel Wailea offers ocean views and garden seating, as well as a behind-the-scenes Kitchen Table experience; the Treehouse is a unique elevated venue for a private chef’s dinner.
