• HOTEL TAXES AND FEES:
•- Any taxes, fees of any kind, now or hereafter, imposed by the federal, state or local government, is not included in your total room cost and will be collected prior to departure.
•- The Penang State Government has implemented a mandatory Heritage Fee of RM3 per room per night for all hotel accommodation.
•- The Royal Malaysian Customs Department has implemented a mandatory Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night for hotel accommodation for all foreign tourists.

• PAYMENT POLICY:
•- Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. It will not be charged at booking. Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 payment service provider.
•- Payment will only be collected upon check out with your credit card present or you can pay by cash (RM).

• CANCELLATION POLICY:
•- Free cancellation 7 days before arrival date.
•- For cancellation within 7 days before arrival date (or a No Show), a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This is due to the inability to re-sell the room.

• ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICY:
•- Early arrival and late checkout is dependent on room availability. Feel free to leave luggage with hotel while you explore Penang.

• CHILD POLICY:
•- Children aged 5 and below are welcome to share the room with their parents free of charge (breakfast will be charged). Baby cots are available for RM50 per stay.
•- Children aged 6 years and above are considered an adult and will be included in the total number of adults when reservations are made.
