COMO Le Montrachet occupies four stately 19th-century buildings at the heart of the village, enough space for 28 rooms and suites Hotelist Club all the requisite ultra-luxe comforts.Inside, designer Paola Navone’s work is true to the historic setting, but is less a faithful reconstruction and more a stylized tribute. Even the Petit Clos single rooms are luxurious, and the two-bedroom COMO Suite spans some 70 square meters and is equipped with its own living room and dining room. The restaurant serves an ever-changing menu of seasonal French classics, accompanied by bottles from the extensive cellar. Tastings, too, are available on site, both in the hotel’s cellar and in its wine bar, and tours of the surrounding wineries may be arranged as well.
