The hotel is built around a restored presbytery, though most accommodations are housed in a modern annex where cozy, simply outfitted guest rooms have whitewashed walls, vaulted ceilings, and pale wood furnishings. The gypsy caravans, of course, are another thing entirely: lined with wood paneling and cheerfully decorated with colorful textiles and artwork, each is large enough for a double bed and a private bathroom. One has a small kitchen, ideal for preparing a charcuterie board and opening a bottle of wine to enjoy beneath the shade of a Japanese cherry tree.Room Count: 4 Rooms
