Inside, light flooded rooms are smartly dressed in shades of cream and white, with subtle highlights of sea blue that nod to view outside. Restaurant La Table de mon père, as the familial name implies, is rooted in French and Breton classics, while The Castel Bar honors the French tradition of goûter, or teatime in English, with a daily sweet menu by the hotel’s pastry chef.
