• Group Reservations: Reservations totaling 3 or more accommodations under one individual, group, or common contact source (including shared address, payment method, or event affiliation) are considered group reservations and require prior written approval from hotel management. Group reservations must be booked directly with Silver Sands and are not eligible to be made through third-party booking platforms.

• Peak Season: To preserve the quiet and intimate atmosphere of the property, Silver Sands does not accept group reservations or room blocks during the summer season.

• Silver Sands is a 100% smoke-free property.

• Pet policy: Only ADA-compliant service animals are welcome (emotional support animals (ESAs) do not qualify as service animals). Guests traveling with service animals must inform the property in advance. Guests arriving with pets or ESAs not disclosed and approved may be denied check-in without refund or incur a fee of $100 per day, per animal.

• Parking: Complimentary overnight parking is provided for registered guests. One vehicle per room.

• An additional child occupant (18 or younger) can be accommodated in select rooms for a $50 nightly fee per child. Pack ‘n Plays are available upon request.

• Unauthorized guests may be denied entry. Unauthorized occupants in Motel Rooms, Beach Shacks, and Bungalows will incur a penalty of $250 per person, per night, and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund. Unauthorized occupants in Beach Houses will incur a penalty of $500 per person, per night, and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

• The Salt Marsh Wellness Retreat includes the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, relaxation room, and treatment areas. For safety, liability, and insurance considerations, the Wellness Sanctuary is reserved exclusively for guests 18 years and older, including the relaxation room.

• No alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances are permitted in the Salt Marsh Wellness Retreat, and outside food & beverage is not allowed. Proper attire is required, and quietude is expected. No parties or group events are allowed unless approved in advance. Guests must review and sign the Waiver & Release of Liability before participating.
