Those in the main Georgian mansion-style building have living areas with fireplaces, while Parisian-inspired loft rooms feature dormer windows and French doors leading onto private terraces.
The artwork, you might notice, is of a rather higher caliber than typical hotel fare; the Maker’s proprietors are serious collectors. Other highlights include a sunny all-day café, an old carriage house converted into a sultry cocktail lounge, a glass conservatory turned into a greenery-filled French restaurant, a cozy library open exclusively to guests, and, perhaps most unexpected of all, an outdoor swimming pool.
