And while there’s nothing obviously high-tech about it, Triana House stays comfortable in remarkably energy-efficient ways — this is the region’s first Passivhaus-certified hotel, featuring solar power and inventive ventilation and filtration measures.
Where Triana House treads lightly — and you can hardly blame them, at their small size — is in the realm of food and beverage service. Breakfast is the only full meal, though it’s an abundant and artfully presented one; light bites are available for lunch and dinner, while the neighborhood and the rest of Seville are perfectly capable of delivering the goods.
