t’s no secret that some of the most extravagant hotels in the world line the shores of Lake Como itself, but in the town of Como it’s possible to hide away in a hotel that’s a little less conspicuous. And while the Palazzo Albricci Peregrini is an exceedingly private place, tucked safely away from prying eyes, the experience it offers is no less extraordinary than that of its more ostentatious neighbors.

It’s owned by a family, still in residence, who’ve sectioned off a part of this centuries-old house and transformed it into a modern boutique hotel in that perfectly Italian style, which blends weathered stone and antique architectural details with the latest in contemporary luxury design, as well as eclectic vintage objects and contemporary artworks. (It doesn’t hurt a bit that the family’s younger generation can boast of architectural training.)

Here the considerable visual interest never comes at the expense of tactile comforts. Subtle luxuries abound, from Nespresso machines to Frette linens, and the bathrooms are spa-like in their enveloping luxury. An impressive breakfast is on hand to begin the next day in style; and while there’s no restaurant, your hosts are happy to guide you to the best the town of Como has to offer.

Reception is open from 8.30am to 9.30pm and check-in is from 2.00pm till 8.30pm, if you are late, please call us at the number +39 331 230 5764 as the main gate will be closed.

PAP is a secret place away from prying and curious eyes.
This is why, when you are in front of the door of number 28, you will find only a small sign, inside the big door there is no indication.
As soon as you enter the door, keep to the left, walk along the entire porch, pass the iron gate, you will find yourself in a driveway, at the end, on the left, there is the reception door.

Breakfast is served from 8.00am till 10.30am.
PAP tries to renew itself every year and meet the various needs of its customers.
Our evening restaurant service is a truly special setting, just for a few. Our chef, originally from the beautiful region of Cilento in Southern Italy, prepares authentic traditional Italian dishes inspired by the daily market availability and seasonal ingredients.
The menu changes daily depending on the freshest ingredients available, making every evening a unique experience and it includes a selection of six mixed appetizers featuring meat, fish, and vegetables, followed by a homemade pasta course and a homemade dessert.
What makes our restaurant truly special is the atmosphere and guests can enjoy dinner on our terrace in complete tranquility and privacy, surrounded by a relaxed and intimate ambiance, perfect for a quiet and authentic Italian evening.
Dinner is served from 7.30pm to 9.00pm and the cost is 55€ per person, wine excluded.
The staff and I are at your disposal for any further information, otherwise you can enjoy our wonderful pre-dinner drinks (Italian Aperitivo) with a choice of cocktails and fine Italian wines served with some tasty snacks.
Palazzo Albricci Peregrini is located in the city center in a limited traffic zone therefore I suggest you to park the car at the Autosilo Comunale in via Auguadri.
