• 50% deposit due at time of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. For June 1 - Aug 31 cancellations within 15 days will forfeit deposit. Villa bookings as well as Jonquil Suite bookings require 60 days notice of cancellation. Advanced Purchase bookings are fully prepaid and non-refundable.
• For stays over Dec 18 - Jan 2, a 50% deposit is required at booking and non-refundable as of June 1, with the remainder due on Oct 1 at which time the full stay is non-refundable.
Please note that a maximum of 2 people can stay in all room types (and a maximum of 4 people in “Two Bedroom Beachfront Jonquil Suite”). Any additional person is subject to the following fees:
• Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free.
• Children from 12 to 17 years old stay for USD 30.00 per child per night.
• Adults from 18 years and older stay for USD 75.00 per person, per night.
