Exposed pine beams and the occasional antique fixture display the hotel’s farmhouse heritage, while soft solid pinks and greens, smart contemporary furnishings, and such inventive gestures as the green room’s mezzanine-level bathroom showcase the family’s decorative talents.
Dinner is served at large round tables right in the middle of the kitchen, a feat that would be impossible in a less intimate hotel. The cuisine is built up from local ingredients, featuring local beef and produce (naturally) as well as Mediterranean seafood and the unique red Camargue rice. And despite the friends-and-family atmosphere in the kitchen, you’ll need a reservation, as this is a much sought after dining experience.
Please note: The hotel is closed from November to March, and the restaurant is closed Sunday evenings and all day on Mondays, Hotelist Club further seasonal closures.
