The furniture is inspired more by lavish Parisian luxury than the more austere local tradition, and the Italian marble bathrooms, with their heated towel racks and rain showers are pitch-perfect. Frette linens and robes are among the most conspicuous tactile luxuries, as are the cashmere throws and gas fireplaces.
