Rock House

Providenciales is no stranger to luxury hospitality, and Rock House fits in perfectly. A sister hotel to the well-loved Grace Bay, Rock House is named for its setting atop a 25-foot limestone cliff along the island’s North Shore. It’s a luxury boutique resort with a pronounced European accent — its white stone construction is reminiscent of certain Greek islands, and elsewhere the vibe recalls the Côte d’Azur or the Amalfi Coast.

The site spans 14 oceanfront acres, and includes a 350-foot stretch of idyllic beach as well as a jetty that extends 100 feet out to sea. Meanwhile the suites and villas line the ridge, and while they vary in size they’re uniformly both luxurious and stylish in a palette of light neutrals.

Some of the suites and all of the villas feature private pools, though the resort’s main pool is unsurpassed — to say nothing of the fully serviced beach club. Vita Restaurant is the resort’s culinary centerpiece, serving Italian fare with a Caribbean influence; more casual options are available by the poolside or on the beach. And the Cave Bar, with its stone walls and live DJ, is joined by the Sunset Bar, a quieter venue set atop the cliffside with views out into the Atlantic.
