We love hotels, most importantly we love exceptional hotels. They are gateways to new places, memorable meals, and meaningful connections. Our team has traveled the world to vet our own recommendations. Why? We obsess over hospitality from service, the bed, food and even the architecture. For us, recommendations are personal when we suggest a place to stay and eat. This is why we created Hotelist Club, to offer personal hospitality before, during, and after the stay.
What is Hotelist Club?
Hotelist Club is how our members enjoy VIP status at hotels around the world.
Members are provided a personal concierge that can offer recommendations, trip planning, and trip support. They can even arrange car pickups, restaurant reservations, and more.
Rates available to Club members are not publicly available and often discounted with special perks.
Club hotels offer additional benefits including room upgrades, daily breakfast, late check-out, airport transfers, and food, dining, and spa credits all at no extra charge.
How does Hotelist choose its hotels?
We have hotels in almost every budget and context, but one thing that remains the same is they are memorable experiences. We use multiple criteria for soft and hard products to determine how we vet and organize our recommendations.
For soft products this would include service level and consistency, food and beverage, and atmosphere. Hard products are room layout, finishes, location, bedding, cleanliness and even conservation work at some properties to name a few.
Why should I book Hotelist instead of Amex FHR or Expedia?
Did you know Amex FHR uses Expedia? When you book through Expedia or other platforms there is a lack of support and tailored picks you can trust. When an issue arises the hotel itself has to direct you to the 3rd party for support which can lead to lengthy frustrating phone calls with an agent.
Our hotels are booked directly with benefits and if a problem occurs we [Hotelist] or the hotel can resolve it.
Do you have hotels in every budget?
Yes! While we often feature some of the world's most famous hotels, we have hotels in every price range. In Portland, OR you can find The Ritz-Carlton and a boutique hostel all on the same search.
